AJO METAL FABRICATION AND TRADING was first named AJO Metal Works and was then converted to AJO Metal Fabrication and Trading. It was registered as a sole proprietor in the field of metal works and fabrication through the inspiration of some individuals. The business is being handled by a mechanical engineer who has been in the field of fabrication since childhood and has been exposed by his fathe
r and brothers in fabrication, welding and machining process. After completing his degree in mechanical engineering, he was hired by the leading mold maker company in the Philippines for 11 years. He was then assigned in machining process such as milling, machining center, lathe, grinding, EDM and WEDM and was sent to Japan for extensive training in mold making and plastic injection operation. During his stay in his mold making company, he was given the chance to handle the finishing process wherein he gained a lot of skills in handling mold problem and injection machine operation for the trial of repair and new mold. He also handled the mold evaluation for repair and new parts of different customer.
