๐ค Great cooperatives are built not only through good programs and sound management, but through people who trust, understand, and work together.
On August 22, 2026, the ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ gathered its officers for a meaningful ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ at ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ง, ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ข๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง, facilitated by the ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฌ (๐๐๐๐).
More than a day of activities, the team building served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build trust, enhance communication, and cultivate the spirit of teamwork among the cooperative's officers. It created a space where leaders could step away from their usual responsibilities, learn from one another, and rediscover the importance of working toward one shared purpose.
Leading the learning and team-building activities was ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ค๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐จ, whose guidance and engaging facilitation encouraged participants to reflect on the values of leadership, cooperation, resilience, communication, and collective responsibility.

Through interactive activities, discussions, and shared experiences, the participants were reminded that every cooperative achievement is the result of people working togetherโnot merely as individuals, but as one team united by a common mission.

For a Laboratory Cooperative, activities such as this are particularly significant. They help develop capable and committed leaders who can translate cooperative principles into meaningful action, strengthen organizational foundations, and prepare the cooperative to better serve its members and community.
