๐Ÿค NSCC EMPLOYEES CONDUCT COOPERATIVE BENCHMARKING BATCH 1 IN BULACAN

BUNLO, BOCAUE CITY, BULACAN | September 25, 2026 โ€” The employees of the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC) successfully conducted its Cooperative Benchmarking โ€“ Batch 1, an initiative designed to provide employees with opportunities to learn from the experiences, practices, and innovations of fellow cooperatives.

The benchmarking activity brought the NSCC team to St. Martin of Tours Credit and Development Cooperative (SMTCDC) in Bunlo, Bocaue City, Bulacan, where they were warmly welcomed by Mr. Serafin M. Celestino, Chief Executive Officer of SMTCDC, together with the cooperativeโ€™s Management Staff.

The visit provided an avenue for meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences, allowing the NSCC employees to gain valuable insights into cooperative operations, management practices, and strategies that contribute to organizational growth and service to members and communities.

Beyond professional learning, the benchmarking journey also provided an opportunity for faith, reflection, fellowship, and cultural appreciation.

As part of the activity, the team visited the National Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception of Salambao โ€“ Obando Church for a pilgrimage and church visitโ€”an opportunity to pause, reflect, and give thanks for the journey and blessings of the cooperative.

The team also enjoyed a photo opportunity and visit to Goshen Resort and Hotel in Bamban, Tarlac, adding moments of camaraderie and fellowship to the learning experience.

The Cooperative Benchmarking โ€“ Batch 1 reflects NSCCโ€™s commitment to continuous learning and development, recognizing that stronger organizations are built when people are given opportunities to learn beyond their usual environment, connect with others, and bring home ideas that can inspire positive improvements.

After a day of thanksgiving, learning, recognition, and celebration, the NSCC 34th Anniversary continued with an evening of fellowship, music, and community spirit.

The ๐๐ฎ๐ž๐ฏ๐š ๐’๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐š ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ (๐๐’๐‚๐‚) brought its 34th Anniversary celebration to a joyful close through a special ๐ฌ๐จ๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ , giving employees, members, partners, and guests an opportunity to relax, connect, and celebrate the journey they share.

Adding energy and excitement to the evening was ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐‘๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ž ๐๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ข, ๐ˆ๐ฅ๐จ๐œ๐จ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ž, whose music helped create a lively atmosphere as the NSCC community came together beyond the formalities of the anniversary program.

The social gathering was more than entertainmentโ€”it was an opportunity to strengthen the relationships that make the cooperative movement meaningful.
