Today, Iโm celebrating 5 years as a Policy Owner of Pru Life UK. But before I became a Financial Advisor, I was first a believer.
I was 23.
No big savings.
No six-digit income.
Just enough to get by each day.
I still remember holding that application form, wondering,
But there was one thing I was sure of:
I was doing it for my future self.
So I said yes.
Yes to discipline.
Yes to protection.
Yes to building something I couldnโt fully see yet.
Fast forward to today, I look back and thank my 23-year-old self for that small, brave decision. Because that one step didnโt just secure my future, it led me to my purpose.
It led me to become a Financial Advisor.
Along the way, I realized insurance is never just a piece of paper. It carries weight. It carries security. It carries dreams that wonโt be interrupted. It carries families who wonโt be left behind.
But itโs not.
Itโs self-respect.
Itโs responsibility.
Itโs love in its most practical form.
Itโs a promise to the people you care about.
Itโs a legacy that outlives you.
And to think, it all started with one unsure but courageous โyesโ at 23.
