We're looking for:

• TELLER/CASHIER
• LOAN PROCESSOR

As a TELLER/CASHIER, you are primarily responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Assists walk-in customers by serving and advising them on bank products to meet their needs and to have dealings with the Bank;
2. Receives and acts on complaints/requests/feedback from clients and other stakeholders by coordinating with the Branch Head (BH) and/or concerned unit/s to ensure resolution and to meet client's satisfaction;
3. Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests in accordance with the service standards indicated in the policies and procedures set by the Bank;
4. Receives payments and issues validated Official Receipts (OR);
5. Acts as a primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and conducts end of day verification of cash in vault in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the Bank;
6. Acts as the custodian of credit files and supporting loan documents; and
7. Maintains good public relations in the delivery of frontline services to clients and community.

Basic Qualifications

• 4-year degree in any business-related courses
• Preferably with at least 1-year of banking experience in handling account transactions
• Must have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation



As a LOAN PROCESSOR, you are primarily responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Interviews loan applicants and evaluates their application forms and supporting documents as to authenticity, accuracy and completeness;
2. Assesses borrowers’ eligibility as to Character, Capital and Capacity to pay;
3. Validates credit standing of applicants through thorough background investigation and research;
4. Ensures strict adherence to the Bank’s established credit policies and procedures; and
5. Establishes and maintains effective and professional business relationships with customers and external contacts.

Basic Qualifications

• 4-year degree in any business-related courses
• Preferably with at least 1-year experience as a Loan Processor or similar role
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills
