PERA ng mga Permanent Gov't. Workers

04/08/2026

If you’re a Marvel fan, you know the rule:

Don’t leave when the movie ends.

Because there’s always an end-credits scene.

So we sit there…

Watching hundreds of names scroll by.

Writers.
Editors.
Digital artists.
Assistants.
Visual effects artists.
Camera crew.
And hundreds more.🎬

All for a 10-second scene at the very end.

Kevin Feige once shared that the end-credits scenes weren’t just there to tease what’s coming next.

They were also a way to keep people in their seats long enough to see the names of the people who made the movie possible.👏👏👏

Because no blockbuster is built by one person.

Life works the same way.

It’s easy to look at our successes and think,

“I did this.”

And yes, your hard work matters.

But none of us gets to the top alone.

Someone believed in you before you believed in yourself.

Someone gave you an opportunity.

Someone corrected you when you needed it.

Even the people who rejected you helped shape who you’ve become.

So as you celebrate your wins today…

Don’t forget the people in your end credits.❤️

The ones who may never stand on stage with you,
but without them, your story wouldn’t have happened.

Because the higher you climb, the more people you’ll realize helped you get there.💯

Approve Rate Hike

THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) approved an increase in the feed-in tariff allowance (FIT-All), citing the insufficient buffer fund to support renewable energy (RE) producers. In a 13-page order promulgated on July 31, the ERC authorized the National Transmission Corp. (TransCo) to collect an...

‎“May liwanag pa kaya ang buhay
‎kung kada bukas mo ng
‎MERALCO bill mas tumataas?”

‎May isang tanong na madaling basahin.

‎Pero para sa maraming Pilipino,
‎hindi ito madaling sagutin.

‎Kasi sa umpisa ng buwan,
‎marami tayong plano.

‎May gustong ipunin.
‎May gustong simulan.
‎May pangarap na unti-unting binubuo.

‎Tapos darating ang bill ng kuryente.
‎Biglang magbabago ang budget.

‎Mapapa-compute ka ulit.

‎Kasya pa ba hanggang sa susunod na
‎sweldo?

‎May matitira pa ba para sa ipon?

‎O kailangan na namang ipagpaliban
‎ang plano?

‎Maraming ordinaryong Pilipino ang
‎dumaraan sa ganitong sitwasyon.

‎Kaya kapag may nababasa kang
‎comment tungkol sa bill ng kuryente,
‎madaling maintindihan kung bakit
‎marami ang nakakarelate.

‎Hindi lang kasi isang bayarin
‎ang pinag-uusapan.

‎Kasama rito ang mga pangarap
‎na gustong maabot.

‎May gustong magnegosyo.
‎May gustong mag-aral ng bagong skill.
‎May gustong makapagtabi ng emergency
‎fund.

‎Kapag mas malaking bahagi ng kinikita
‎ang napupunta sa buwanang gastusin,
‎mas humahaba ang paghihintay bago
‎maabot ang mga goal na yun.

‎Maraming consumer ang handang
‎gampanan ang responsibilidad nilang
‎magbayad.

‎Kasabay nun, umaasa rin silang malinaw
‎ang bawat charge sa bill at madaling
‎maintindihan kung paano nabuo ang
‎kabuuang halaga.

‎Kapag may malinaw na sistema, mas
‎nagkakaroon ng kumpiyansa ang mga
‎pamilyang araw-araw nagsisikap para
‎maitawid ang kanilang budget.

‎Sana dumating ang panahon na mas
‎maraming Pilipino ang magbubukas
‎ng bill nang may mas panatag na
‎pakiramdam, at mas marami ring
‎magkakaroon ng pagkakataong
‎mag-ipon, mamuhunan sa sarili,
‎at umusad sa buhay.

‎Kung nagustuhan mo ang ganitong
klaseng realtalk na may direction,
‎follow mo naman ako para sabay
‎tayong umasenso.

Electricity consumers in the Philippines could save billions of pesos annually if utilities are barred from passing system-loss charges to customers, with one consumer advocacy group estimating that Manila Electric Co (Meralco) alone recovers about P29.9 billion a year through the mechanism.
