Pangarap Savings Credit Cooperative (PSCC) is a savings and credit cooperative duly established during the pandemic in 2021 by Eugenio Sunga. To have sufficient operational capital, the members of the Cooperative are required to contribute monthly on a regular basis. The officials and members agreed to convert PSCC into a community-based cooperative that can operate within the city of Caloocan and accommodate people from the community. PSCC is committed to establishing a cooperative that is mindful of its community's conditions and encourages each member to become economically independent, value-driven, and socially responsible contributors to the local community.
Our PSCC was officially registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on November 10, 2022. In addition, it was registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) last November 25, 2022. Along with these, we are still on the process of cooperating with other government agencies. We believe that by doing these, it will serve as a proof that we are a legitimate business that can operate within the country. Furthermore, these will help us to create a reputation and identity in the industry.
In line with this, we are hoping to grow bigger so we can continue to help the people and the community. Our tagline “Together, we will save for our future” signify the cooperation of our members to save not only for their future but also for the future of everyone. We believe that through collective actions, we can be one of the successful cooperatives in the country.
