🎯 Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for senior management or regulatory bodies.
- Process incoming and outgoing payments, maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Ensure adherence with financial regulations, managing audits, and assisting with tax preparation
💼 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- CPA or NCIII Bookkeeper is a plus
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper, bank teller, or a related financial position (1–3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting procedures such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience working in a banking environment or with financial institutions
- Experience with general ledger management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of BSP financial regulations
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Can work full-time in Calapan City, Or. Mindoro
