KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Undergo and complete training programs
Undergo Licensing process mandated by Insurance Commission
Generating your own Client Prospect list - having a strong natural market is a bonus
Providing sound Financial Advice to your Clients to ensure their Financial Needs are addressed through AXA's Insurance solutions
To be able to marry the solutions available that will fit to the client’s needs and risk attitude
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Possessing a College Degree in any field is a bonus
Has an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
Has a high aptitude for learning; must be willing to undergo training programs and certifications
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to establish and build good working relationship with colleagues and clients
Can actively generate sales leads and convert these to actual sales
Has a stable internet connection and with own laptop, desktop or tablet
