Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferably in HMO, healthcare, or related field)
• Ability to read and interpret laboratory requests and medical documents is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused
• Fast learner and willing to undergo training
• Preferably residing in Antipolo or nearby areas
🏥 Customer & Hospital Relations Coordinator
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Graduate of an allied health course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or related field)
• B.S. Nursing or B.S. Medical Technology with PRC license is an advantage
• With at least 2 years experience working in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
• Experience handling HMO accounts, LOA processing, or insurance coordination is preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong administrative and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review and validate medical information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
📱 Digital Marketing Strategist
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• With 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
