In our continued commitment to collaboration and cooperative growth, a Business Forum was successfully held on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝗘𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗢𝗣, 𝗜𝗻𝗰., 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗶𝘀, 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮, spearheaded by 𝗕𝗗𝗦 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮.

CLIFSA proudly joined the NaFe Coop Youth Summit with the theme “𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧: 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 (𝗛𝗥 & 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲)” held at Apple Tree Resort, Opol, Misamis Oriental last May 13–15, 2026. 💙💛

CoopNext 2026 launched its first day with a powerful start—bringing together cooperative leaders, HR practitioners, and youth delegates in a shared space of inspiration, learning, and collaboration. The discussions centered on strengthening leadership, embracing innovation, and empowering the next generation to shape a more resilient cooperative future grounded in purpose and excellence.

Insightful sessions on the Future of Work and Talent were shared by NaFeCoop Youth Representative and Co-op College of the Philippines Alumni and Alumni Ambassador for Luzon, Ms. Ida Rosette Ocampo, while discussions on building strong Talent Pipelines were led by Coach Anamarie Mendoza, President and CEO of Pneuma Charis Group OPC. Their talks highlighted the importance of strategic Human Resource practices and meaningful youth engagement in developing future-ready cooperatives, with Co-operative College of the Philippines training further enriching these learning and leadership pathways.

Day 1 concluded with lively team activities that highlighted unity, trust, and teamwork—bringing participants closer together and officially igniting the vibrant spirit of CoopNext 2026. ✨

Day 2 of 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭: 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡.

The Co-operative College of the Philippines successfully concluded Day 2 of 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭: Legacy in Motion – Bridging Leadership and Empowering Youth, with 57 participants from 16 cooperatives nationwide.

The day featured key sessions on Succession Leadership by Ms. Donna C. Dizon, and Innovation in Inclusion by Ms. Anamarie Mendoza of Pneuma Charis Group OPC together with Mr. Jan Lester Bisco of PECCI Multipurpose Cooperative.

A Speed Mentoring and Lunch Talk brought together cooperative leaders including Mr. Noel D. Raboy of CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative, Mr. Henry M. Lopez, Mr. Renan P. Diaz, Ms. Marlene D. Sindayen, and Ms. Donna C. Dizon.

Sessions on the Future of Work and Talent by Ms. Ida Rosette Ocampo and Talent Pipeline by Ms. Anamarie Mendoza highlighted adaptability, innovation, and leadership development, while the Human Pipeline activity emphasized teamwork and collaboration.
