BROMANCE firmly believes that a unified LGBT community can accomplish a common goal towards our vision in community building and working for social justice. A set of core values guide our principles. these are:
EQUALITY - A belief that all persons with different sex orientation and gender identity should enjoy the same rights and opportunities accross all sectors of society, including economic participation, decision-making and wherein different behaviors, aspirations and needs of the LGBT are equally valued and favored. RESPECT - A value that supersedes all the laws. respect for members, leaders and the clan itself is essential to the success of the organization. ACCEPTANCE - We believe that the greatest value one can have is acceptance. from that, evolves love, joy, peace, caring and giving. the attribute of acceptance unifies and bonds us with our fellow human beings. LOVE - A love for thyself will emanate a love for others. Love is a stronghold of our organization for it nourishes every individual's sense of belongingness, confidence, self esteem and purpose.

2. Education for ourselves and others about the unique issues and challenges facing people who are BROMANCE.
3. Advocacy in our communities to change attitudes and create policies and laws achieves full equality for people who are gay and bisexual.

GOALS:
1. Build the capacity of our organization at every level so that we may have all resources , in the form of information , people and funding , necessary to move forward in our work with the greatest possible effect.
2. Create a community based organization in which our young people may grow up and be educated with freedom from fear of violence , bullying and other forms of discrimination , regardless of their real or perceived gender identity or sexual orientation or that of their families.
3. Make our vision and our message accessible to the broadest range of ethics and cultural communities , ending the isolation of families with gay , bisexual and family members within those communities.
4. Work toward full inclusion of gay and bisexual persons within their chosen communities of faith.
5. Create a society in which all LGBT person may openly and safely pursue the career path of their choice , and may be valued and encouraged to grow to their full potential in the workplace.
6. Create a society in which all LGBT persons may enjoy in every aspect of their lives full civil and legal equality and may participate fully in all the right privileges and obligation of full citizenship in this country.
