Our career in the insurance industry is commonly thought “raket- raket lang”, di alam ng marami, bago kami maging official financial advisors, we needed to undergo trainings, mock exams before we take our examination and pass the Insurance Commission licensing exam. (Actually, we have 3 licenses to complete before we could be called a FOSS, Financial One Stop Shop, with Traditional insurance, Variable Investment Link and General Insurance licensed). Then we are subject to undergo rigid trainings from STARTER, BASIC, PLUS, PRO AND BOOSTER TRAININGS in our company apart from industrywide business acumen offered by Professional Insurance Associations from being a fellow to becoming a Registered Financial Consultants.

I take pride being part of this Industry. And to all Insurance Leaders and Financial Advisors especially who have stayed long in our profession….Hats off to all of you. Tenured because of Mission and Purpose above all. Indeed a noble profession helping individuals, families, companies. from life insurances to all anything you’ll think about insurances… all of these required trainings, learning, effort and time.

Aside from keeping up with the new market situation and condition, new trends, new technology…really a very dynamic industry, you got to go with the flow and keep up with the changing times. A challenging yet so rewarding career. We are not just here to talk about…”pagnawala ka sa mundo”… however this is more about your Wealth Creation, Conservation and Preservation.
