NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION

Notice is hereby given to all members and creditors of:

CONSOLIDATED COOPERATIVE BANK (CCB) and
METRO SOUTH COOPERATIVE BANK (MSCB) and
BATAAN COOPERATIVE BANK (BCB)

that pursuant to separate General Assembly Resolutions of CCB, MSCB and BCB approving the consolidation of the former to the latter, the Application for Consolidation has already been filed with the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the evaluation by BSP is on-going.

The One Cooperative Bank (“the constituent banks”) will take advantage of the bigger capital and resources to respond to the diverse needs of our member-shareholders, clients the whole cooperative sector of the country. With bigger capitalization, we will be able to serve the different banking needs of its cooperative members and clients.

At this time, there is nothing you need to do. You can continue your transactions with your present respective bank/branch as you always have.

While ample discussions were made during the aforesaid separate general assemblies, we are always ready to response to any question of clarification that you might still have regarding this consolidation.

We will continuously update you of developments as the consolidation process continues, more so if there are major issues or concerns.
