Commercial Banks nowadays are also offering insurance plan thru/via Bancassure. Why? The Bank believes the purpose and impact of having insurance in each lives, a profession with a noble purpose. On financial aspect, insurance business/profession contributes substantial income to the Bank. Pinag-aralan din ng Banks that baby pa ang market sa insurance, kaya super active sila on introducing insurance plan sa lahat ng depositors nila.
Kaya, sa tingin ko, it you need to explore this profession also and earn higher income plus generous benefits. baka hindi po nakikita ng karamihan po na maganda ang business/career sa insurance. Concerns / FAQs
1). Quota ---- The only production required from you to maintain your license is ONE case per month. However, if you want to earn more and enjoy more perks and incentives, production per month should be at least minimum of 4 cases. Meaning, ikaw po ang magbigay ng quota sa sarili mo – how much ang monthly income you want, anong trip incentives ang gusto mong ma-achieve, anong recognition ang dream mong makuha.
2). Do not have idea on how, who and when to approach potential client.

3). Compensation – Salary or Commission-based?
Financial Advisors/Unit Heads in Insurance Industry are on commission-based program. If masipag ka talaga, it will provide higher commission per month. Compensated lahat ng efforts mo here.
4). What is the minimum and maximum income per month for a certain Financial Advisor?
It is really up to the FA, how much income he want to earn every month. Walang limit here. We will just support you to be equipped para maging successful po kayo… Of course, we want that all Financial Advisors are earning well.
