JOB TITLE: Collector for LUMPC - Binalonan Satellite

LOCATION: Binalonan, Pangasinan

COMPANY: La Union Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LUMPC)

La Union Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LUMPC) is a dynamic cooperative committed to serving our members and community with integrity and excellence. We are currently seeking a Collector to join our team at the Binalonan Satellite office. As a Collector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from our valued clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Residence in Binalonan, Pangasinan is preferred.
• Possession of a registered motor vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit clients' locations to collect payments promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of payment transactions.
• Foster positive relationships with clients during payment collection processes.
• Address any payment-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide regular updates on collection activities to the management team.
• Adhere to LUMPC's policies and procedures at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
