🔍 The change: Matagal na pong may 𝟐𝟎% 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐱 sa interest from regular savings and time deposits.

Pero before, 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭 ang mga long-term deposits (5 years and up) as long as di ginagalaw.

📌 Now under RA 12214 (CMEPA): 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐧𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Starting 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, kahit long-term, 𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐧𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝.
