Ka-BelMPC, dapat insured ikaw sa aton CLIMBS Mortuary Insurance Plan kay dya isara man ka-Kriteria para mapanami ang imo Membership Classification.

Ang aton Mortuary Insurance Plan, sangka death insurance nga aton gina-offer sa aton mga miyembro kada tuig. Dya may annual premium nga Php 300.00 kag gina-renew kada bulan kang Oktubre.

Sa gusto mag-avail kang dya nga serbisyo o insurance, pwede dya sa miyembro edad 18-69 anyos.
Magbisita gid lamang sa aton opisina, magdara lang kang imong valid ID kag valid ID kang imo benepisaryo. Salamat gid.
