In line with the national observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) OCCCI Baybay Branch conducted an awareness session about Republic Act 11313 ( Safe Spaces Act) and Repuclic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act) to our Cluster Management Committee (CMC) officers,members and staff.

We extend our sincere appreciation to PMSG LOVELLA JANE E. LABESIG of Baybay City PNP for sharing her knowledge in VAWC- related cases and cybercrime concerns.

In accordance with RA 1745, declaring 20th day of October every year as Special Non-Working Holiday in the Province of Leyte, in commemoration of the return of General Douglas MacArthur and the Allied Forces to liberate the Philippines during the World War II, also known as the Leyte Gulf Landings, all coop member-owners are advised that

September 13, 2025- As part of Metro Ormoc Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative-OCCCI. OCCCI Baybay Branch engage in Tree Growing Campaign and seeks partnerships with Baybay National High School.
This activity highlights the initiatives of OCCCI to aimed atbplanting and nurturing trees to promote environmental sustainability, improve air quality, combat climate change and beautify communities.
It was involve by our SHEER ADVOCACY OFFICER Mr Joel G. Hinay , Baybay Branch Manager Mr Joseph Cyrus M. Junio, OCCCI Baybay Branch Staff, with our very active OCCCI BAYBAY CMC OFFICERS.
Special thanks to Baybay National High School Principal Dr. Gerry L. Torillo, Boy Scout of the Philippines- Baybay National High School Senior Scouts, YES-O and Science Department Head Sir Archie.

August 20, 2025 - The OCCCI SHEER Advocacy Office together with OCCCI Baybay Branch met with Baybay National High School (BNHS) leaders, including Principal Gerry L. Torillo, Assistant Principal Maribel M. Morillo, and English Department Head, Ms. Emerita U. Bastasa, to discuss possible collaboration on financial literacy and environmental initiatives.

The meeting also explored the forging of a formal partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Representing OCCCI were SHEER Advocacy Officer,Mr. Joel G. Hinay, OCCCI Baybay Branch Manager,Mr. Joseph Cyrus Junio, and Membership Development Specialist, Ms. Shiel D. Joseph, who joined in emphasizing the Cooperative's commitment to extending its advocacies to the youth sector.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 727 declaring 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (Thursday) as 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆 (Special Non-Working Holiday) and 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮 (Monday) as 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 (Regular Holiday), 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗖𝗜 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀.
