• Security deposit of 1,000php is required which is returned upon check out

Friendly Reminders:
1. Only registered occupants can stay in the unit.
2. All guests should be registered (w/ corresponding fees -Php 1,300 on peak season) at the country club membership reception . To be able to use the amenities of the Country Club and to have access to the Main Beach, the guest will have to be registered .
Upon registration, a guest Cash Card/ Prepaid and Debit Card is available at a minimum initial load of Php 1,000.00
Note: All payments for the club registration is separate from the unit rental fee. Guest will have to present the cash card to avail of the club facilities. Wrist tags will be issued upon registration, pls wear this wrist tag to avail of the use of the club facilities. Cash card is not valid in Kultura and hotel.
