Year of 1992-started as a fellowship for businessmen headed by Bishop Arthur V. Later on became a cooperative to help financially needy in Batangas province; thus Zoe was born. First registered Febru
ary 28,1994 with registration LGA-1427 as a Multipurpose Cooperative. First Set of Directors

Consumer cooperative called ZOE MART. Unfortunately, it did not prosper. After careful study, the BOD decided to close the mart and converted the cooperative into a Credit cooperative. By the grace of God, our Cooperative has been in business for 28 years now and still being blessed by God. THE LOGO

To the Members- Zoe Credit Cooperative shall provide relevant and excellent services in order to attain better quality of life. To the Officers and Staff- Zoe Credit Cooperative shall provide a working environment where growth and development encouraged, fair and just compensation implemented and integrity valued. To the Business Partners- Zoe Credit Cooperative shall continue to establish and strengthen partnership with agencies for mutual socio- economic benefits. To the Community- Zoe Credit Cooperative shall continue to implement community services and sustainable environmental programs in collaboration with other concerned agencies.
