The older we get, mas risky na tayo as an individual para iinsure ng insurance companies. Kaya mas mahal na talaga ang mga insurance premiums.

Parang kotse lang din, kapag mas luma na yung car, mas maliit na yung benefits na pwede mong makuha sa car insurance mo. Kaya kung gusto mong makatipid, get it as early as now.

Of course the insurance company wants to make sure na healthy yung mga iinsure nila since they are giving millions.

So as we age, nagdedeteriorate din yung health natin. Kaya most likely kapag mas matatanda na, nagrerequire na ng medical examinations and all.

We are buying insurance with health not with money. Kahit gaano pa kalaki ang kaya mong Ibigay para lang mainsure ka, if hindi ka na healthy, hindi na talaga possible makakuha pa.

3. 𝑾𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆

Life is unpredictable. Everyday, madaming pwede mangyari — accident, disability, illness and even death. Hindi natin alam kung kailan 'to mangyayari sa atin.

Hopefully, kapag dumating man ito, ready tayo financially.

Parang fire extinguisher lang. Naglalagay tayo nito sa Bahay para kung sakaling magkasunog, meron tayong magagamit. Hindi naman tayo bibili ng fire extinguisher habang nasusunog yung bahay natin di ba?

Hindi natin alam kung kailan tayo magkakasakit kaya mas mabuting handa tayo kapag kinailangan natin ng malaking pera dahil sa sakit.

This is to raise awareness why planning and 'being prepared' matters.

"Minsan mapaglaro ang tadhana, pwedeng malakas ka ngayun, bukas hindi na. Handa ka ba para dun? Walang kasiguruhan.

Kung may savings ka, atleast, may pambayad sa ospital. Sapat ba? Pwedeng oo, pwedeng hindi. Wala pa rin kasiguruhan.

Sabagay, may SSS, may Philhealth or HMO kung employed. Reality, madalas hindi sapat lalo na pag critical ang sickness. Saan natin kukunin? Mangungutang sa kaibigan, kamaganak? Ang totoo, may pangangailangan din sila. Lahat walang kasiguruhan kung wala tayo plano, or hindi napaghandaan.

Wife: Di ba ikaw ang nag-offer ng Life Insurance sa aking asawa?

Advisor : Yes Ma’am, bakit po? Kumusta na po si Sir.

Wife : Wala na sya, inatake sa puso at nabagok ang ulo. Bakit wala siyang Life Insurance?

Advisor: Kinakalungkot ko po ang pangyayari, nakikiramay po ako.
