𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | Tam-an BMPC takes great pride and appreciation in the participation of two of its officers and members of the Education and Training Committee, who were invited as resource speakers during the Graduation Seminar organized by PLTCI on May 26 and 28, 2026 an activity aimed at empowering the next generation of professionals for global success.
Representing the Cooperative were 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲, who delivered an engaging session on “𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲: 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬” and emphasized the vital role of adaptability, emotional intelligence, effective communication, collaboration, and self-confidence in achieving career excellence; and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨, 𝐂𝐏𝐀, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, who shared practical insights on “𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬: 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬”, equipping the graduates with essential knowledge on financial management, smart budgeting, saving habits, and responsible spending. They were joined by our 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐄. 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐚, throughout this meaningful engagement.
Through their valuable contribution, Tam-an BMPC continues to uphold its commitment to education, leadership, and lifelong learning, supporting initiatives that help prepare future-ready professionals to excel in the global workforce.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Our cooperative took part in the 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤 𝐒𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 hosted by the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃) – 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧 yesterday, May 28, 2026, held at the SB Session Hall, LGU Cordon, Isabela.
Representing our cooperative was 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐖. 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐧-𝐨𝐩, who served as one of the guest speakers during this meaningful event. The campaign aims to encourage out-of-school youth from various barangays in Cordon to return to their studies, promoting personal growth and contributing to the continuous development of the community.
Our cooperative extends its heartfelt gratitude to 𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧, led by 𝐏𝐃𝐎 𝐈𝐈/𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐌𝐫. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐚, and the 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 3. Maximum of 3 kilograms per member-beneficiary
