General info: If self employed po at gagamitin sa panganganak at operasyon, kelangan po meron kayong 9 months contribution prior to confinement. Or 9/12- ibig sabihin from month of confinement po, count kayo 12 months backwards at pag merun kayong 9 months contributions within that period entitled po kayo sa cases na nabanggit.

Paumanhin po sa lahat ng merong mga queries, requests at transactions sa aming tanggapan at dito sa aming web page... Halos 2 weeks po kaming walang Internet access due to unavoidable circumstances....Online na po kami ulit ngayon.
