CREDIT INVESTIGATOR
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Investigates the history and credit standing of individual or business establishments applying for a loan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews loan application and requirements of the loan applicant
Validates the information reflected on the loan application by interviewing the loan applicant
Verifies loan applicant’s data, financial data, and credit history through trade checking, bank checking, company/employment verification, and credit investigation
Verifies loan applicant’s payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions
Prepares accurate and reliable Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM)
Endorses the Credit Approval Memorandum to Immediate Superior and Credit Committee for approval
Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
√Male
√Driving motorcycle
√Must possess a driver's license
√Graduate of any four-year business course
√Preferably with at least six (6) months of related experience in loan/credit review
√Knows credit analysis, loans/credit operations
√With strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills
√Must be innovative and creative in approach to loan/credit review process
√Self-motivated and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
√Has keen attention to detail and has good communication skills
√Should know proper telephone etiquette/can handle different personalities well
CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
Qualification:
√Female
√Graduate of any 4-year course
√Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
√Related experience is an advantage
√Good analytical and mathematical ability, communication skills, negotiation skills, and relational skills

√At least 2 years experience, but not necessary
