Insurance…. Your spare tire in life🤙

Last week, as I was driving along Quezon Avenue, the right rear wheel of my car exploded. 😱

Then I thought, para ding insurance no? 🤔

Need mortgage redemption insurance for your home/condo loan?

For those who are currently paying loans for their house, condominium or lot, better read this!

Say your bank loan is scheduled for 10 years paying period and imagine you are already done with the first 4 years. What do you think will happen, if for example, a critical illness strikes or you are taken out of the picture prematurely?

1st, your income will be lost as well.
2nd, your family will shoulder for your medical bills and burial fees.
3rd, your family might struggle to continue settling for your bank loan as their standard of living will surely be lowered.
Next, if they will not be able to settle for the bank loan, the bank might retrieve back the property.
Lastly, pwedeng mapaalis yung family mo sa bahay or condo na pinaghirapan mong maipundar sa loob ng apat na taon dahil lamang nawala ka.

But did you know, you can get an insurance policy and assign the bank as your beneficiary para kung may mangyari man sayo, babayaran na ng insurance mo ang natitirang loan mo sa bank? That way, your family does not need to be kicked out of your own house or condo. They could focus on moving forward while still cherishing the memories they had with you in that place.

That's what we call Mortgage Redemption Insurance. We are insuring the loan payor so that if something unfortunate were to happen to him or her, the loan can already be fully paid through the insurance.
