Konting story time, mga chong.
Nung 2021, I was looking for a side hustle na pwede kong gawin kasi online pa yung work ko (kasagsagan pa ng pandemic). I was checking the fund value of my insurance one time (I check it regularly. Ganyan pag accountant na OC. 😜), tapos nakita ko yung 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀.
Sige nga, icheck ko.
As part of the application process, kelangan mong mag-attend ng Business Opportunity Program (BOP) para malaman mo kung ano yung mga opportunities, benefits, responsibilities, and magiging career path mo once you become a Financial Advisor.
Ang BOP dati eh online (via Zoom), tapos ang speaker ay no other than our very own Agency Manager na si Sir Belmar D. Guilanda (MDRT 2023).
Long story short, yung benefits, opportunities, career path, lahat swak para sakin!
And since I applied (I was not recruited), wala akong agency. To my surprise, when I got assigned to an agency, sa agency ni Sir Belmar!
Fast forward to today. I am now...
a 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 at UC;
a 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 at CRC-ACE and LCRC;
a 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 at AIA Philippines; and
an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 of BG Financial Professionals.
In less than two years, from being someone who is a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿, I am now 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗬 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠.
