More than a ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ago I decided to be an "๐๐๐๐๐๐" because I was looking for Financial Stability, Career Growth and a sense of Purpose in Life.
It is difficult to get Wealthy with just 1 stream of Income. I knew that. We all know that. So while working full-time as an online Teacher, I started as a part-timer with a full-time commitment - waking up at 5am, starting class at 6am, Teaching for 14 hours and doing INSURANCE Business in between. HOW? I message prospects online, explain and set appointments for personal meet-ups. Kailangan eh.
BG how could you do it despite your almost no shower sked? ๐ Well, that is precisely the very reason why I did my BEST to do well in the Life Planning career. I want OUT of my job. Though Financially okay (was making around 60K/monthly), Fulfilling in a way (Teaching is a Noble Profession) there was absolutely NO Professional Growth. NONE. Walang Soxal Layp. Walang Lablayp. WALA.
Was it EASY? No, No and NO! In this career we eat Rejections for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Sometimes, Friends shy away from you because they think you will sell to them (true anyways), sanay na din tau sa Injans and heartaches (iba-iba xa frend ๐
) Minsan merun, minsan wala. Alam mo naman sa Sales parang Roller Coaster lang hahaha.
But was it WORTH it? Yes, Yes and a resounding YES!
โช๏ธCount in COMPENSATION ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐat di naman tau ipokrito. Malaki din ang kitaan dito.
โช๏ธTRAVELS โ๏ธ๐ na tingin ko pag nagstay ako sa dati kong trabaho ay NEVER kong mararating.
โช๏ธProfessional GROWTH ๐จโ๐ซ๐ค dahil continuous ang Level Up sa Learnings and Trainings na LIBRE binibigay.
โช๏ธPersonal DEVELOPMENT ๐ช๐ dahil wala kang choice but to go out of your Comfort Zone. You deal with People from all walks of life then you find out that you have so much potential in you na hindi mo pala na Maximize.
โช๏ธTIME FREEDOM ๐ฆ๐ฟ na hindi ka nakatali sa opisina dahil may schedule kang sinusunod.
โช๏ธPOWER TO CHANGE YOUR STORY โ๏ธ๐ฅ dahil di ka pinanganak sa mundo para magtrabaho, magbayad ng bills at madedz.
โช๏ธLastly, the FULFILLMENT na pagdating ng panahon, babalikan ka ng mga Kliyente mo at sasabihin, "Belmar, buti na lang..."๐ kataba ng puso deba?
Most importantly, you are given more CHOICES in Life. Choice to give more Quality Time for your Family. Choice to work as hard as you can knowing that you are compensated well. Choice to Influence others positively. Choice to live your Life to the fullest. Choice to be used for God's Glory.
In Retrospect, I would like to believe I am BLESSED. For although I am a work in progress, I know that I am heading towards the RIGHT direction. Enjoying the PRIVILEGES and Rising to the CHALLENGES are both inevitable sides of this Profession and yet definitely - NO REGRETS.
