LNC LINK ADVISORY

Narito po ang schedule ng byahe sa INNER ROUTES (101, 102, 103, 104).
Ang mga byahe po ay mula Lunes hanggang Linggo mula 5:00am - 12:00am. Paalala lamang na nababawasan ang bilang ng mga shuttle service (route consolidation) mula 8:00pm - 12:00am.

Also, please be reminded of the following guidelines when riding:
1. The No Face Mask, No Ride Policy is strictly implemented
2. Physical distancing will be strictly implemented in passenger queueing and seating inside shuttle vehicles.
➡️ Passengers must fall in line by standing on marked spaces only.
➡️ Passengers may only occupy designated seats or spaces in the shuttle.

3. Cashiering service at LNC Transport Hub remains suspended to prevent potential spread of coronavirus. Cashless payment will be strictly enforced through the following:
➡️ Use of LNC Link Card is highly encouraged. Processing of LNC Link Card applications will resume.
➡️ G Cash payment through QR Code System. QR Code scanner will be installed at the LNC Transport Hub.
➡️ Regular beep cards will be allowed temporarily for as long as they are registered with the LNC Link office. Visit the LNC Link Office at the Transport Hub for assistance.
➡️ Exact Fare payment (thru Fare box) will also be available

4. All shuttle service vehicles will undergo regular disinfection for every trip thus please expect longer waiting periods.

With NCR remaining under MECQ, the METRO ROUTE covering the LNC to PITX route is still suspended until further guidelines from LTFRB.

Isang Update mula sa LEHOA

Dear LNCitizens,

Nais naming magpasalamat sa lahat ng sumuporta sa ating collection campaign upang maisaayos ang pinansyal na kalagayan ng LEHOA.

Dahil sa dedikasyon ng mga residente at ng mga Phase Representatives, ang koleksyon ng LEHOA sa nakalipas na dalawang linggo simula ika-4 ng Mayo hanggang ika-14 ng Mayo ay umabot sa P7.5M. Ang koleksyon na ito ay bumubuo lamang ng 25% sa nakaraang dalawang buwan (March-April) na gastusin ng komunidad para sa ating basic services na humigit kumulang sa P30M. Bagaman mababa ito sa inaasahang target, patuloy naming hinihingi ang inyong patuloy na kooperasyon na magbayad ng ating HOA Dues upang siguruhin na maihatid ang mga kritikal na serbisyo para sa ating mga LNCitizens.

Simula Lunes, ika-18 ng Mayo, magtatalaga ng roving security guards sa loob ng mga villages. Alinsunod sa security protocols, ang mga detalye nito ay hindi ilalahad para na din sa seguridad ng lahat.

Sa kapwa nating mga residente na lubhang naapektuhan ang kabuhayan, makipagugnayan lamang sa LEHOA para sa Installment Basis / Plan of Payment.

Dahil hindi pa tapos ang krisis at ang kawalan ng katiyakin na dulot ng pandemya, masusing pinag-aaralan at pinaghahandaan ng LEHOA ang mga susunod na hakbang para masigurado ang tuloy-tuloy na seguridad at kalidad ng pamumuhay ng bawat residente ng Lancaster New City.

Sa interes ng transparency, ang LEHOA ay magbibigay ng buwanang Collections and Expenses report upang maunawaan ng lahat kung saan nilalaan ang nakokolektang HOA dues at ang mga serbisyong ating binabayaran.

Karagdagan dito, simula Hunyo, ipagpapatuloy na rin ang buwanang Phase Representatives Meeting para mapag-usapan kung paano pa natin mas pagbubutihin ang LEHOA at mga serbisyo para sa ating mga miyembro.

Sa gitna ng patuloy ng panganib ng COVID19 at mga hamon na dulot ng community quarantine, kaisa ang LEHOA sa panalangin na matapos na ang krisis na ating pinagdadaanan.

Muli, hinihiling naming ang inyong suporta, pasensya at pakikipagkapwa-tao sa patuloy na pagtataguyod ng ating komunidad. Tunay nga na kaya, basta sama-sama. Ang pagsasaayos ng ating komunindad ay nasa kamay ng bawat isa.

HOME QUARANTINE PASS

Dear LNCitizens,

Great morning!

This is to update you that we are currently coordinating with the various barangays where Lancaster New City is a constituency of.

In preparation for the Issuance of the Home Quarantine Passes, we request a representative from each household to get in touch with your respective Phase Representatives, preferably through call, sms (text message), your village’s group chat or FB page.

Make sure to communicate to your phase representatives the following:
designated representative of your household;
Unit ID

This person shall be the official bearer of the Home Quarantine Pass to be issued..

The Home Quarantine Pass, is a local government issued pass issued at the barangay level. Each family must designate one person who will be in charge of procuring necessities such as food and medicines for the entire household.

At check points, people are required to present valid IDs as proof of residence and may require a Home Quarantine Passes to be allowed to go through check points.

We shall coordinate with your phase representatives directly and will cascade information through advisories in The Loop FB Page regarding the distribution.

Ito ay para mapagbigay alam sa inyo na kami ay nakikipagugnayan sa mga barangay na nasasakupan ng Lancaster New City.

Bilang paghahanda sa pamamahagi ng Home Quarantine Pass, maaring makipag-ugnayan sa inyong Phase Representatives gamit ang tawag, text, group chat o FB page para ipagbigay alam kung sino sa inyong sambahayan ang magiging kinatawan (official representative) ng inyong pamamahay.

Siguraduhin na maibigay ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon:

1) Kumpletong pangalan
2) Unit ID

Ang Home Quarantine Pass ay isang pass o permit na pinamamahagi ng lungsod o munisipalidad sa pamamagitan ng mga barangay na kinasasakupan nito. Ang bawat pamilya ay mabibigyan ng isang (1) Home Quarantine Pass para sa isa nitong miyembro na maaring lumabas at bumili ng importanteng pangangailangan tulad ng pagkain at gamot.

Sa mga check points, ang mga tao ay hihingan ng ID bilang patunay sa paninirahan at maaring mahingan din ng Home Quarantine Pass para payagan makaraan sa mga check points.

Makikipag-ugnayan kami sa inyong kanya-kanyang Phase Representatives at patuloy na maghahatid ng impormasyon patungkol sa pamamahagi ng Home Quarantine Pass sa The Loop FB page.

In the light of the extended quarantine in the whole of Luzon, The Square at Lancaster New City shall be operating on shortened hours beginning today, March 18, 2020 until further notice. This is to ensure that we provide our customers and tenants with safeguards that will keep them and their families safe from the COVID-19 virus.

During operating hours, stores are requested to observe social distancing and limit the number of people inside their premises, while restaurants will only be open to serve drive-thru and takeaway of food orders.

The Square commits to our Lancaster New City residents that we shall provide updates through our page on a regular basis. In the meantime, for your guidance, below are the list of stores and their operating hours at this time.
