Chanced upon this post and I agree, "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard."

But one thing I also noticed is the concept of "loyalty". If you look closely on the nameplates , the first ones were probably beat up from years of hard work. Meaning "Katie" must have stayed in the company to build experience and she worked her way up. Was it long? Probably.

With this, my take is that it is harder to go up the ladder of success if we keep jumping from one company to another.

I hope we all find the company where we will all fit in. Glad I found mine and I'm looking forward to seeing my sunset years with the same company, serving the clients who trusted us years back. 💛🌞
