✅ Qualifications:
• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• At least 1–2 years experience in HR/Admin-related work
• Accounting background is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn
• Willing to work extended hours when needed
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
