👉Please keep Voices and other noises to a minimum at night, we are inside the Subdivision.

👉 Extra charges will apply for any catering services also to electric items and heavy duty items such as portable bar, photo booth, event lighting equipments, etc.
👉 Usage of Gasul - P300
👉 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
👉 Excess Hour - Additional P1000 per hour for early check ins and extensions
👉 No Cancellation. Re-booking allowed once only but should be at least 1 week prior to your original booking and with additional charge of P1000.
👉 Maximum Capacity: 25 pax for daytime and 20 pax for nighttime
