During yesterdayโs Branch Assembly, our Branch Manager shared a quote from Seneca that really resonated with me.
It made me reflect on my journey. Iโve always lived by Henry Fordโs words:
For the longest time, I believed that no matter how many challenges came my way, pushing through would always lead to success. But what Iโve realized is that after reaching a milestone, life can sometimes feel... off, like youโve lost the momentum or direction you once had.
Senecaโs words remind me that itโs not enough to fight through challengesโyou need clarity about where you want to go next. Otherwise, even the strongest winds won't help you move forward meaningfully.
If you feel stuck, know itโs okay. Itโs normal to hit a point where you need to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. The important thing is to be kind to yourself and take the time to figure out your next destination.
When the time comes, youโll be ready to set sail again.
