7 PRINSIPYO NG KOOPERATIBA
Ito ang nagsisilbing gabay na siyang susundin ng mga kooperatiba.
1. Open & Voluntary
(Bukas at kusang loob na pagsapi)
- Ito ay isang boluntaryong samahan na bukas sa lahat ng nagnanais sumapi at nagnanais magamit ang kaniyang serbisyo at sumasang-ayon na tanggapin ang mga responsibilidad ng pagiging kasapi.
- Walang kinikilingan pagdating sa kasarian, katayuan sa lipunan, lahi, political at relihiyong kinasasapian.
2. Ang lahat ay may pantay-pantay na karapatan o isang miyembro isang boto
3. Membership Participation
(Pakikilahok ng mga kasapi at pagtangkilik sa mga gawain)
- Ang mga miyembro ay kinakailangang magtaya, makiisa at makialam sa pamamahala ng mga ari-arian at operasyon ng kooperatiba. Ang saping puhunan ang nagiging puhunan ng kooperatiba. Sa pagtatapos ng taon ang bawat isa ay nakakatanggap ng kita ng kaniyang saping puhunan INTEREST ON CAPITAL at BALIK TANGKILIK. Ito ay ang kinita ng kooperatiba sa lahat ng kaniyang negosyo. Naglalaan ang kooperatiba mula sa kaniyang linis na kita ng mga reserba para sa katatagan at kagalingan ng samahan.
4. Autonomy and Independence
(Kasarinlan o pagtayo sa sarili)
- Ang kooperatiba ay dapat nagsasarili, nabubuhay sa pinagsama-samang kapital at deposito ng kaniyang mga miyembro. Kung sakali mang kumuha ng kapital galing sa mga bangko, gobyerno or NGO, tinitiyak nito na huwag mapakialaman o mamanipula ang sarili nitong pamamahala.
5. Continuous Education
(Pag-aaral, pagsasanay at pagbibigay)
- Ang kooperatiba ay patuloy na nagbibigay ng pag-aaral at pagsasanay sa kaniyang miyembro, halal na opisyal, tagapamahala at mga empleyado upang epektibong makapanungkulan para sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng kooperatiba.
6. Cooperative Among Cooperative
(Pakikiisa sa mga kapwa kooperatiba)
- Mas mapapagaling ang paglilingkod at mas mapapalakas ang kilusang kooperatiba sa pamamagitan ng pakikipatulungan at pakikipag-ugnayan sa iba pang kooperatiba.
7. Concern to the Community
(Malasakit sa kapakanang pangkomunidad)
- Ang mga kooperatiba ay tumutugon sa tuloy-tuloy na kaunlaran ng mga pamayanan na kanilang nasasakupan bilang paglilingkod sa pamayanan sa pamamagitan ng mga serbisyo o proyekto na kapakipakinabang. Mga Pagpapahalaga (Values) :
1. EQUITY
- Ang tuloy-tuloy na pagbibigay ng mga serbisyo at paglilingkod sa kanyang mga kasapi at karampatang pakikitungo sa kanila base sa kanyang kalagayan bilang kasapi. Sa ibang salita, pagtutok sa kalagayan at mga pangangailangan ng kanyang mga kasapi.
2. INTEGRIDAD
- Pagpapakita ng malasakit at katapatan. Kasama at paglalaan ng mabuting pag-uulat sa kanyang mga kasapi at iba pang nagtataya sa kanya.
3. PROPESYUNALIDAD
- Isang mahusay, nasa oras at epektibong serbisyo sa lahat ng oras sa pamamagitan ng kanyang mahuhusay na direktor, tagapamahala, kawani, kaalinsabay ng organisadong sistema ng komunikasyon at operasyon.
4. RESPONSIBILIDAD
- Responsableng paggamit ng pangasiwaan ng Capital o pamumuhunan ng kooperatiba.
5. KOOPERASYON
- Pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga komunidad at iba pang mga nagtataya o tumatangkilik upang maipabatid sa kanila ang kapakinabangan na naibibigay ng kooperatiba sa kanyang kasapi at sa komunidad na pumapaloob sa kanya.
6. PAGKILALA / PAGDIRIWANG
- Ninanais ng kooperatiba ang isang masiglang samahan na kung saan ninanais niyang mabigyan ng maayos na pamumuhay ang kanyang mga empleyado, na kung saan ang mga pagdiriwang ay pinaghahandaan, pinapupurihan ng kooperatiba ang mga kagalingan, kahusayan, talento at kasipagan ng mga tauhan.
7. RESPETO
- Ang gawain ng kooperatiba na mabigyang serbisyo ang mga mahihirap sa komunidad ay ‘di isang panig lamang o kinakailangan ang kasabay na pagtulong at pakikiisa ng kasapi upang maging matagumpay ang programa.
8. PANANAGUTAN
- Sa pakikiharap sa mga kasapi sa loob ng komunidad sa pamahalaan na sumusubaybay at sa mga katunggali sa negosyo ginagawa naming isang pananagutan ng kooperatiba sa kanila ang mataas na kalidad ng aming trabaho upang mahigitan pa namin ang inaasahan nila.
9. PAGBUBUKLOD
- Ang trabaho o hanapbuhay ay isang mahalagang bahagi ng ating buhay at ninanais namin na maisangkot o maiangkop ito sa lahat ng aspeto ng aming pakikipag-ugnayan sa aming mga kasapi at iba pang nakakasalamuha sa hanapbuhay ng buong katapatan. Kasabay ang paggalang sa iba’t-ibang pinanggalingan at paniniwala.
10. PAGBIBIGAY HALAGA SA MGA PAGBABAGO

� Ang lahat ng regular na kamay-ari ng kooperatiba ay voluntary o optional na sumali sa programang ito.
� Minimum deposit na Php. 1,500.00 na mayroong patubong 2% kada taon na hindi pwededng mailabas / ma-withdraw ( as minimum balance ).
� All new members with minimum savings deposits og Php. 1,000.00 sa maintaining balance will be automatically changed after 3 years of membership to Php. 1,500.0 sa maintaining balance.
� Patuloy na dinaragdagan sa bawat buwan upang maging magaan ang pag-iimpok.
� May contestability period na tatlo ( 3 ) buwan buhat ng makabayad ng halagang Php. 1,500.00 ang may eded na 50 pababa bago mabigyan ng benepisyo.

� Specially designed savings for kids 12 years old and below.
� Minimum of Php. 50.00 to open an account.
� All savings account shall be recorded to the name of their parents / guardians, (In Trust for ) who shall be required to be an associate member ( if non-member ), paying two hundred pesos( Php. 200.00 ).
� Maintaining balance is Php. 50.00. No interest if less than fifty.
� Maintenance fee is Php. 10.00 if no movement of account for Two ( 2 ) years and above.
