Ahi Group Conduct Its First Ever Safety Orientation and Emergency Simulation Drill

Through the initiative of HSSE Department in collaboration with the HRAD, Business Units, Fire Department, Police Department, GM Flores Hospital and ESS, the month long Safety Orientation and Emergency Simulation Drill held last month was a successful event.

Such activity enables the companies in the Ahi Group to assess the preparedness, train employees, enhance team coordination, identify and mitigate risks, and builds a safety-conscious culture.

Ahi Group will continue to invest in activities that will help protect its employees, assets and business continuity in the face of unexpected emergencies.

Kudos to the committee, management team, staff and all the private and public institutions who partiicipated.

"Ahi Group Joins PNG Cancer Relief Society's Sponsored Walk"

Last 29th of August 2021, 9 members from the Ahi Group participated on PNGCRS Sponsored Walk.

Ahi Group's sponsorship targets to support the 3rd Sustainable Development Goal of the United Nations in providing Good Health & Well-being worldwide.

Proceeds of this walk will go to the Cancer Patients of Angau Hospital.

One of Ahi Group's representative Ruben Galang took home the 2nd place after finishing the walk from Erap up to Lae Golf Club.

Ahi Group will always support the programs and projects aligned with the 17 Sustainable Goals of the United Nations FOR A BETTER AHI AND FOR A BETTER LAE.

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER👷🏼‍♂️

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
✅Bachelor Degree in Civil, Electrical, Architecture or any related field. (Board passer is not required)

✅3 to 4 years’ Experience in Project Supervision/Management on Building Constructions.

✅Intensive background in Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing out Projects

✅Intensive background in Estimation of Project costs, Schedules, Building blueprints and layouts, scope of work and Risk Management.

✅Background in Building maintenance, improvements and Repairs.

OTHER REQUIREMENT (REQUIRED AND IT’S A MUST)

✅Experience working in Papua New Guinea from a reputable constructions firm or Company

✅Must have a valid PNG License

✅Already here in Papua New Guinea

✅Can do Visa Bridging from current employer or a contract that will expire on October to November.
