A log cabin, 2 hours north of a big city. No street lights, barely any people, birds, native bush and mountains. The dream of a client, a short 23 months ago, come reality 15 months ago. We’ve always talked about one day being able to come here..

A place we’ve spent 3 nights and have experienced the magic for ourselves. We’ve reflected on how incredible it is to now be travelling and staying in log cabin for our work! And husbands that support our adventures, misadventures and kids while away.

We’ve spent 4 days scheming, dreaming and delivering on achieving our next set of goals in business.

Happy settlement day to S&S!

Patience paid off with this one. After keeping an eye on this property for a long time, they finally thought, "maybe we can," and reached out to us.

Happy Hoki settlement day! There’s nothing quite like helping someone buy their very first home, but this milestone was a total "have your cake and eat it too" win.

Not only did we pair C with a bank that aligns with their values, we got the right product mix to work with how they manage their money which will ultimately save interest and therefore time at the other end.

Lending isn't one size fits all which is where it's important to get advice. What works for your mate, the guy at the pub or that uncle who knows heaps about finance probably isn't fit for you, your goals, your situation - Talk to us!

VIP fam making moves into the next home! These two just proved that absolutely nothing stands between them and their goals. Every hurdle thrown their way? They just stepped right over it. Honestly, watching THEM make this happen was the coolest thing (I was just along tapping the keyboard!)

Culverden is cranking. Another young chap into his first home (on his own to add!) How bloody good. Was a good sport being forced into a sold sign photo. Just so happened the REA was on site putting the sticker up during our loan structure convo.

This one was a real hustle right at the end. It was all approved unconditional; however, we wanted to go with another bank which had some gnarly conditions to meet. Grit, hard work, and managed to save a good couple of grand for this client just through the right bank/ structure for him. Could've taken the easy road, but that's not how we roll 🍻

Dogs of Paradise..

E&A came to me a couple of months ago with a pre-approval from their bank. They wanted to know if there were better options out there. For their situation, there absolutely was - saving them in interest, having better flexibility within the policy of another bank and a much better product suite to have their cake and eat it too.

After a rocky buying process and a lot of tenacity they are finally in and settled! Moby, the puppy also joined the family over the weekend - making everything worth while!
