Take-off Expert Quantity Surveyor and Estimator I am Yash Shah,
I am a Qualified Quantity Surveyor. and I am enjoying what I am doing.

I have been working in different Construction sectors for the last several years, and then decided to start my new Quantity Surveyor and Designer business. I am coming from Civil engineering background and have always been attracted to math so yes, I think this Quantity Surveyor field is perfectly suitable for me. in the past, I have worked on residential and commercial projects. I can understand

sometimes it’s very hard to measure everything from the sketch plan and it takes lots of time and affords as well, but don’t worry, I have your back. My aim is to help small and medium firms or builders regarding QS and designing work

even during my job, I helped lots of Trades people regarding pricing their job and providing them accurate take-off for their work.

‘TAKE OFF EXPERT’ provides you lots of range of Quantity Surveyor work in residential and commercial construction. The lists are as below but not limited to,

Main contractor-
• Pre-Estimate the project from the drawing and provide you with accurate take-off.
• Cost planning and project planning for your new project
• Review subcontractor take-off and their bill of Quantity.
• Assisting variation and onsite cost tracking with documentation.
• Provide you back costing for your project.
• Provide you site visit locally and measure accurate work if needed.

For subcontractor-
• Measure all Quantities from the drawing and provide you with accurate take-off.
• Provide you with a Site visit locally and measure work if needed.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity for your trade.
• Provide you m2 rate and review this rate time by time.
• Review your labor rate and make sure they stand with the current market scenario.

Clients/house owners-
• Cost planning and project planning
• help you to estimate the cost for the project or renovation work
• Supply material locally from a local supplier
• Provide you Quantity take-off for your builders
• Analysis of your work and review your plan and give you solutions to make it more affordable.
• Alternative solutions of material in different ranges.
