Yet after an enduring 15 years of continuous complaints and many concerns raised about another significant non compliance and conformance industrial property in upper hutt, which has lead to serious toxic contaminate exposure, causing harm and injury to 250+ persons, along with facts and evidence of failure by council and property owners, the council play dumb and refuse to consider the material facts. Even going so far as to assist the building owners to manufacture formal documents to insert into formal building records, to then use as assurance of "code of compliance certification", when they are well aware compliance and conformance were approved and signed off 16yrs ago based on falsified (fraudulent) documents.
