45 complaints that progressed to our formal process and the average timeframe to resolve was 46 days.

Complaints about financial advisors or brokers decreased by 3%, while complaints about other financial service providers (which includes Buy Now Pay Later and Layby services) increased by 3%. Lenders or non-bank deposit taker complaints remained steady at 62%.
