It's one of the most common questions we get from families across New Zealand and Australia.

We recently spoke with ABC News about the outdated superannuation rules impacting nannies and domestic workers across Australia.

At Pay The Nanny, we believe nannies deserve the same workplace rights and protections as any other employee, which includes fair access to superannuation.

This is an important conversation for both families and carers. Most employers simply want to do the right thing, while nannies deserve an industry that reflects the professionalism and value of the work they do every day.

The current 30-hour rule no longer reflects the reality of modern childcare employment, and we welcome the growing awareness around the issue.
