Here at Mainland, we are in the business of helping people with their insurance, and a big part of this is managing claims in wild weather events.

Some quick tips if you notice or experience damage:

📸Take photos of any damage if it is safe to do so. These will be sent in with your claim and can help get things processed faster.

🔨Make any quick fixes that you can, again safely, to help prevent any further damage.

📱Visit your insurers website to lodge a claim online. This is the fastest way to get the claim underway. Alternatively, if you organise your insurances with Mainland, you can reach out to us and we can assist you with claims. It is a busy time with a lot of people reaching out, so please be patient with us.

Our team finished up early on Friday to celebrate the end of another epic Mainland year. Congratulations to the team of red robbers who took out the day’s scavenger hunt with a narrow win over the green goblins.
