We offer face to face support, financial incentive programmes and free NRT products. Smokefree South Canterbury is a page to exchange your experiences, views and ideas on quitting smoking. This is where you can share helpful tips and motivations or ask for advice on how to become smokefree. More than 5000 kiwis die every year because of smoking. We want to lower this grim statistic but we can't do
it alone - we need you. Whether you want to quit smoking yourself or help a loved one to bin the ci******es for good, we hope you can support each other and we (the Smokefree team) will lend a helping hand as much as possible.
*Please note: Specific individual advice will only be provided by private message and will become part of your patient file. Please do not share other people's private information without their consent. THE FIDDLY BITS (Comment guidelines)
