Important ACC Levy Changes!

Hey everyone — just a heads-up that ACC is rolling out a few changes over the next couple of years that might affect your business or self-employed cover

💡 Here’s what’s changing:
🔹 From 1 April 2025, the Working Safer Levy for CoverPlus Extra will be based on your level of cover, not your income.
🔹 You might see a mix of old and new levy types during the transition (around April 2026).
🔹 Work levies are increasing slightly each year for the next three years.
🔹 Some business classifications are being updated — your levy might go up or down depending on your industry.
🔹 The No Claims Discount is ending from 2027.
🔹 From 1 April 2026, interest will apply to ACC payment plans (3- or 6-month instalments).

💬 It’s a good time to double-check your ACC details and budget ahead for any small increases.
