One banks no doesnโ€™t mean every banks no in some circumstances.

I know what itโ€™s like to be dejected after my main bank said no 7 years ago or so, stupid thing is a little while later we engaged with a mortgage adviser who got us an approval at the same bank ๐Ÿ˜‚

Went through the wars with this client getting it across the line haha

A couple of declines, had to go away and work on some things. A few arguments with the banks, went to two banks for the last house, one said no but we finally got there in the end!

Stop talking yourself out of making an offer! ๐Ÿ“„ Asking prices are seller wishlists, not market value.

Real buyer results:
Offered $100k under โž” Sellers came back 4 days later accepting $80k under.
Offered $50k under in week 1 โž” Accepted on the spot.

The worst thing a vendor can say is no. Always put your offer in writing! ๐Ÿ
