AIA Summit 2026 - what a treat. Some great speakers and take away notes. A time to fill your cup again and be reminded why you do what you do.

We did the All Blacks experience and could get a feel of what it feels like before the players walk out on the field and hearing the Haka on big screen with the room vibrating with the realness and loudness of it.

My favourite speaker is always Jason Gunn and telling us about “Thingee” and when his eye popped out on national TV. Always a cracker. 😅

My biggest take aways:

“AI is moving fast but there is still nothing like human connection”.

“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.

So pleased when this claim approval came through, as client has been through so much since end of last year. This will help with some financial relieve during a difficult time for the family when there is no support from ACC (as heart issues are not accident related).
