Kia ora rā e te whanau Tauwhao me Te Ngare...
One of the purposes of this whārangi pukamata (page) was to share the stories of our whanau young and old out there striving to achieve, work hard and lead our hapu. So no time like the present to start sharing this news.
Tēnei rangatahi Tyrin Te Kawanga Hohaia-Chapman has completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Sociology at the University of Wellington - Te Herenga Waka. According to Tyrin and his nan it has been hard mahi with increasing challenges during covid but he has achieved his goal and we applaud him and look forward to the future he will pave for himself and generations to come.
Our Trust supports our rangatahi in pursuit of higher learning and education and have been lucky enough to give some financial support to Tyrin during his studies.
