Did you know this about Kāinga Ora loans? 🏡
A lot of people still think there’s a price cap on homes, but that’s old news. Yes, the First Home Grant is gone, but the great news is the house price caps have been removed.

That means if you’re eligible under Kāinga Ora rules, you can now purchase a home over $800K in Tauranga (or wherever you’re looking). The old cap doesn’t apply anymore.

It opens the door for more options and a more realistic shot at home ownership in today’s market 💥
