Health & Safety.
For those businesses that build or repair stuff, health & safety is a major concern. I know of ZERO business where they are casual about workers getting hurt. Despite this, accidents do happen.
Personally, I hate getting a parking ticket, so imagine how a $200,000 or bigger fine would feel!
That is a life-changing event.

Travel Insurance.
A few weeks ago, it was all over the TV news about how a person was stranded overseas by a pre-existing medical condition. From memory, it was around $250,000 involved.
Not nice for the family either. Imagine the hospital conditions in some parts of the World.
