OCR On Hold at 2.25% – What Does It Mean for You? 🤔

The Reserve Bank has kept the OCR steady at 2.25% – welcome news for homeowners and buyers.

Despite recent inflation pressures (largely driven by fuel costs), there’s been no sudden rate hike, which helps keep things stable in the short term.
That said, there’s still plenty of uncertainty ahead, with global events and incoming data likely to shape what happens next.
