Do you think financial freedom is out of reach?

It will be if you don’t take action. But the truth is, it’s actually possible for a lot of people if you set a goal, have a plan, and execute it.

So, if this sounds like something you want to have a chat about, drop me a DM and let’s have a chat.

Goals can be a setup…

One of the biggest golden nuggets I got from a mentor 5 years ago was learning how he modelled goals.

At the time, I had a habit of going ALL IN on one thing.

Fitness.
Finance.
Relationships.

Whatever I decided was important, I would go after it relentlessly.

But there’s a problem with that approach…

You can become financially free but unhealthy.

You can become the fittest version of yourself but financially stressed.

You can build an amazing business but neglect your relationship.

You can achieve huge goals and still feel like something is missing.

That’s when I realised that success isn’t normally about achieving one thing.

It’s about understanding what actually matters to you and creating balance across the areas of life that are important.

When setting goals, don’t just ask:

“What do I want to achieve?”

Ask:

“What kind of life do I want to build?”

Because if you dig deep, most people don’t actually want success in just one area.

They want to be successful financially.

Healthy and strong physically.

Connected in their relationships.

And fulfilled personally.

The goal isn’t to go ALL IN on one area.

It’s to know where you need to push harder, where you need to maintain, and where you need to make sure you’re not sacrificing something important.

Success isn’t just about winning one compartment of your life.

It’s about building a life where the compartments that matter most to you are working together.

What does a Mortgage Advisor / Financial Advisor actually do?

And it’s not what a lot of people think…

Think of me as your personal trainer for your finances.

We’ll go through a simple step-by-step process:

* Understand your goals
* Put a plan in place
* Keep you accountable to that plan
* Get you the lending
* Revisit your next goal and repeat the process

So if you are wanting a trainer for your finances, a mortgage advisor/financial advisor might be the right fit for you.

If you’re serious about your financial goals, treat your personal finances like a business.

If you don’t have a plan in place, you’ll keep going around in circles.

Massive congratulations to this awesome couple on achieving their goal of purchasing their first home! 🏡🎉

It all started with a simple conversation about what was possible. After some hard work, a solid plan, and a bit of restructuring, they’re now proud owners of their very first family home.

A huge milestone and one that was well worth the journey. Wishing you and your family all the best in this exciting new chapter! 👏

“I need this” vs. “I want this.”

Two totally different things. One pulls you back from your financial freedom number. The other keeps you on track.

As an advisor, step one is always the same - audit the spending. Where is the money actually going?

But the real work isn’t the spreadsheet. It’s rewiring the relationship with spending.

So I ask every client the same question:

Is this a want or a need?

Strip away the wants. Shift those funds into investments that generate a return. Then - if you still want it - use the return to buy it.

Personally, I review my spending every month. See where it’s going. Make sacrifices when I need to. Stay close to the goal.

Want vs. need. Ask it every time.

Client got declined. ❌

We restructured the application and then got the approval. âś…

This was a buyout, with one person exiting and another coming in.

There was enough equity to buy them out, but servicing was tight. We used a debt consolidation strategy, which resulted in:

Lower interest rate âś…
Better weekly cash flow âś…
Bank approval âś…
