Join Te Tōpuni Ngārahu for an evening of kōrero and engagement as the candidates contesting the Te Taihauāuru electorate share their aspirations, priorities, and vision for Aotearoa New Zealand ahead of the 2026 General Election.

Hosted at Whakaahurangi Marae in Stratford, this community event provides an opportunity for whānau and the wider community to hear directly from candidates, ask questions, and engage in respectful and informed discussion on issues that matter to Māori and our communities.

In keeping with tikanga Māori, the evening will be facilitated to encourage constructive, respectful, and balanced dialogue.
